The tax reform plan that liberal Senator Bob Casey stridently opposed is already paying dividends in Pennsylvania. According to CNBC, Philadelphia-based Comcast Corporation will give $1,000 bonuses to more than 100,000 non-executive employees and invest $50 billion in infrastructure projects over the next five years in light of the passage of the GOP tax reform plan. Ironically, Casey had called the tax reform plan “a gut punch to the middle class” earlier today.
