Appearing on the progressive “The Young Turks” show with host Cenk Uygur, North Carolina Democratic Senate candidate Erica Smith agreed that the primary rigging by Chuck Schumer and the Democratic establishment in favor of Cal Cunningham is “racist.” Watch here:
Last week, new reports revealed the Democratic establishment is funneling campaign cash to Cal Cunningham under the table. In the second quarter, 35% of Cunningham’s donations were from New York – every one of them made in the last week of the quarter, and 51 of 55 maxing out. Every donor but two had previously donated to Schumer, but none have ever previously donated to Cunningham.
On “The Young Turks” show, Smith also attacked Cunningham’s A-rating from the NRA, stating: “You know what the NRA gets from me? Gun control.”
