Kelly Tshibaka charged taxpayers to go running AND a federal investigation said she probably committed fraud.

Then Tshibaka charged us $81,000 to move from DC to Anchorage. 

Turns out, Tshibaka was also investigated In Alaska for illegally obtaining a fishing license and cited for commercial fishing illegally – to make a campaign video.

 

There’s always something fishy about Kelly Tshibaka.

 

Poor Kelly. Whether by land or by sea, she can’t escape her record.
