In a Quinnipiac University survey released on Monday, Freshman Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania tops Joe Sestak 47 percent to 36 percent. The survey’s figures for Sestak’s odd of unseating Toomey are virtually unchanged from the responses in February and April. The survey also asked respondents who they would choose between Toomey and Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski, where Toomey leads by a wider margin of 52 percent to 28 percent. With Senator Toomey’s favorable ratings and poll statistics, he is continuing to focus on the upcoming election in 2016. The Morning Call
