Brian Fallon, spokesman for failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and now head of Demand Justice, is publicly doling out advice on the Judge Kavanaugh nomination to Senate Democrats running in states where President Trump pasted Fallon’s candidate in 2016. Fallon’s advice: Trump-state Senate Democrats must unconditionally oppose Kavanaugh.
That ought to play well in red states like Florida, Indiana, Missouri, North Dakota and West Virginia, where overwhelming majorities support their Senator voting to confirm President Trump’s nominee.
“Brian Fallon’s election-losing advice to red-state Senate Democrats is simply invaluable, and if Demand Justice ever lets him go, we would love to put him on retainer for the duration of this confirmation fight,” said Senate Leadership Fund President and CEO Steven Law.
