Raphael Warnock Must Stand Up to Boycott Threats Against Georgia

March 29, 2021

Over the weekend, Raphael Warnock appeared on CNN and markedly refused to oppose boycotts against his home state of Georgia over the state’s new election integrity measures.

“Warnock was asked again about boycotts, and said, ‘Listen, I’m not focused on that.'”

Notably, Georgia-based businesses like Coca Cola and Delta, and major sports events like the PGA Tour’s Masters tournament and Major League Baseball’s All Star Game (scheduled to be played in Atlanta in July) have come under boycott threat from liberal activists over Georgia’s election integrity law.

Warnock needs to show some backbone and stand up against radical progressives’ threats to kill jobs in Georgia.

“As Georgians struggle to recover from the economic recession caused by COVID, it’s time for Senator Warnock to choose between the left-wing activists who want to shut his state down and the businesses and workers that these boycotts will harm.” –SLF Communications Director Jack Pandol
