First Ad Questions Whether Katie McGinty is Corrupt

WASHINGTON, DC — Today the Senate Leadership Fund began its $6.5 million fall television campaign in Pennsylvania with a new ad entitled “Did Something Wrong.”

The ad focuses on how Katie McGinty approved grants from the government to her husband’s employer as well as a company that McGinty later worked for. The ad also highlights the findings of the Pennsylvania Ethics Commission on McGinty’s shady behavior.

“Did Something Wrong” will begin airing today on Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Wilkes-Barre broadcast and cable TV.

“Shady Katie McGinty has a history of making government work for her. Whether it’s because of coincidence or corruption, there’s enough smoke there that Pennsylvania voters should be concerned about the fire.” – Senate Leadership Fund Spokesman Ian Prior
