Steve Bullock announced he would run for President, left Montana in the rear view mirror, and isn’t looking back.
During an appearance on the San Francisco Chronicle‘s “It’s All Political” podcast last week, the Governor flip-flopped on coal – claiming the country must “wean off of coal” and that “coal is no longer even profitable.”
The political implications of this at home could be dire, with Politico’s Alex Thompson tweeting: “Schumer’s hopes of a [Bullock] Sen. run fade.”

“Every day Steve Bullock is out of state on the campaign trail, he’s proving he cares more about pandering to coastal Democrats than representing the people who elected him. It speaks volumes Bullock was caught pandering in San Francisco of all places by trashing an industry that provides power and warmth to thousands of Montanans.” -SLF Communications Director Jack Pandol
